I’ve been around the block more times than I care to admit! And yes, I’ve had my fair share of learning experiences. I’ve been stuck between a rock and a hard place, a founder with one employee and no clear direction. I’ve raised capital, negotiated exits, fired people, and been fired myself. Most importantly, I’ve screwed up so many times, I could write a book…or five. Maybe I can help others avoid a few of those glorious mistakes.

I’ve been a CEO without a coach, and a CEO with one. Trust me, the difference is huge, and that’s what I want for others.
