This book sat at the bottom of my reading list for quite some time. I believe one of my fellow coaches recommended it, so I’ve put it down, to the “one day” category. What a miss. I loved every minute of it, from the core idea itself (constraint CAN be beautiful) to the mind games we can play to get the most out of any challenge. A must read full of inspiration, especially if you find yourself facing a seemingly unsurmountable challenge.
