This book touched me on so many levels… I actually started my work life in the hospitality sector, and although I did abandon it after a few years to embark on my entrepreneurial journey leading all the way to today and my coaching, it stayed close to my heart. I do have a mild case of a severe obsession with food and food service. So, put together hospitality and leadership and I’m all ears, or in this case, eyes. The topics are too many to cover, but the inspiration for customer care, importance of employee selection and experience, evolution of a leader… Plus, it is a damn good story for a weekend reading.
