Now, I have a confession to make. I can't believe it took me years of coaching before finally getting to this book. Thanks to Ged and his final reminder during the Loneliness of a CEO CardCast episode I finally did. This book covers wide variety of topics familiar to readers of my cards, and I find myself very much aligned in thinking to Kevin Lawrence's. It is a great primer for any CEO, helping to identify any areas - barriers to growth - that may require attention.
