This book, or "4DX", as it is called amongst friends, is an essential tool to understand the principles of getting things done - and empowering your teams to doing so on their own. While I don't particularly agree with the practicality of "doing only one thing", the concepts in the book are eminently useful and immediately applicable. I reach for those tools often, especially when there is a very important metric that needs adjusting (recently, it was utilization of a development team).
