I only picked up this book after reading Kevin Lawrence's Your Oxygen Mask First, as he references it in passing and the title intrigued me. While the book's language shows its age, I got so much out of it... The Profit Map card is entirely inspired by this book, but there is so much more possible inspiration for business (not only profit) growth. From supply chain integration, value proposition strategy, to the actual profit management process. Highly recommended!
