Growth with Confidence

Full disclosure first - Ged Roberts is my co-host on the CardCast podcast, a fellow Metronomics coach, and someone whose thinking has influenced many of my cards. In fact the whole CardCast thing was his idea. That being said, I'd recommend his book even if I'd never met the man. "Growth with Confidence" lays out the 10 challenges that block CEOs from scaling with - well, confidence. What I appreciate most is that Ged writes the way he coaches: practical, no-nonsense, high-EQ, and always grounded in real experience from working with hundreds of CEOs. If you've listened to our podcast, you know how Ged thinks - he's a self-described models guy, always looking for the framework that makes a complex problem simple. This book will help especially if you're earlier in your growth journey and trying to figure out what's actually holding you back.
